Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Responding to Customer Inquiries and Concerns: Professionally answer phone calls from customers, addressing their questions, and resolving their complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Retention: Focus on building strong relationships with customers to retain their business and promote loyalty.
- Service Standards: Provide customers with information about our service standards, ensuring they understand what to expect from our organization.
- Issue Escalation and Reporting: Identify priority issues, escalate them to senior management, and provide detailed reports to ensure prompt resolution.
- Call Routing and Follow-up: Route inbound calls to the appropriate resources and follow up on complex customer issues as required.
- CRM Updates: Complete call notes and reports, updating our CRM system to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of customer interactions.
- Data Evaluation and Documentation: Obtain and evaluate relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries.
- Recording Customer Interactions: Maintain detailed records of customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to resolve their issues.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED: A foundational education that demonstrates your ability to learn and grow.
- Sales and Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proper grammar and attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Multitasking and Detail-Oriented: The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- MS Excel Experience: Familiarity with MS Excel is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to work with data and perform analysis.
- Bilingual: Being bilingual is an asset, as it enables you to communicate with a broader range of customers.
- Calm and Composed under Pressure: The ability to remain calm and composed in escalated situations, providing effective solutions to customer concerns.
