You will also create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, respond to customer questions and inquiries, and provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in customer service, strong telephone etiquette, familiarity with CRM tools, and excellent communication skills.
While not required, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt to different personalities will be considered an asset in this role.
