- Collaborating with territory partners to facilitate order completion, collection of signatures, and other documentation required for insurance purposes
- Identifying, escalating, and communicating patient concerns or support needs to the appropriate department
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and established performance expectations
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing, education/training, or highly advanced customer service role
- Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly and travel up to 80% within your assigned territory
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments
- Ability to work remotely, independently, and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in healthcare-related situations
- Proficiency in using technology to complete paperwork, update records, and communicate progress
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
