As a key member of the Revenue Planning team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the pricing strategy for Walt Disney World's Food & Beverage line of business, driving demand, and maximizing profitability.

As a Manager, Pricing, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing pricing strategies that inspire Guests to visit and revisit the Parks and Resorts. You will lead a team of analysts, leveraging analytics to optimize profit and demand, and collaborate with key partners and executives to gain approval for your recommendations.
This role is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the Walt Disney World business, working closely with the Senior Manager, Pricing & Product Development. As a Manager, Pricing, you will be responsible for leading the pricing strategy for Food & Beverage, setting the long-term strategy for pricing across the Walt Disney World Resorts portfolio, and project managing the implementation of approved initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute pricing strategies for Walt Disney World's Food & Beverage line of business, driving demand and maximizing profitability at the Parks and Resorts.
- Long-term Strategy: Set the long-term pricing strategy across the Walt Disney World Resorts portfolio, aligning with business targets and Guest experience goals.
- Team Leadership: Build and present recommendations to key partners and executives, gaining approval for pricing initiatives and strategies.
- Project Management: Independently lead partners and processes to ensure seamless go-to-market across sales channels, driving the implementation of approved initiatives.
- New Initiatives: Proactively identify, coordinate, and support new initiatives for the WDW Commercial organization, driving innovation and growth.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Experience: Relevant experience in pricing, finance, business strategy, or a similar analytical field, with a proven track record of driving business results.
- Financial and Analytical Background: Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to develop complex models and profitable strategies.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leadership, with a passion for fostering a culture of excellence, encouragement, and ownership.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial mindset, driving innovation and results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: The ability to create compelling presentations and visualizations for executive audiences under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, such as Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of the Walt Disney World business and Guest experience.
