The successful candidate will work collaboratively with instructors, attend workshops and trainings, and maintain ongoing communication with the Director of Student Transitions to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.

The ideal candidate will have teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in higher education, and a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, motivational and problem-solving capabilities, and a high degree of integrity and ethics are essential for success in this position.
