Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality programs and services to teenagers
- Design and implement engaging programs and activities that promote academic success, character development, and healthy lifestyles
- Recruit and register teen members, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all
- Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting professional development and excellence
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and community partners to ensure the effectiveness of our programs
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, youth development, or social work
- Proven experience in leading teams and developing programs for teenagers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate outcome-driven meetings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, as a condition of employment
