**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT or network certifications/degrees are preferred.
* **18 Years of Age or Older**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
* **Proven Call Center Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required.
* **Typing 25 WPM**: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
* **PC Operation and Navigation**: Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
* **Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting**: Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting.
* **Ability to Work Independently**: You must be able to work independently in a virtual team environment.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
