Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the provisioning of telecommunications services, including communication lines, demarcation plans, and low-voltage infrastructure, for new and existing retail locations across the continental United States.
• Collaborate with preferred providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of telecommunications services.
• Interpret and understand production drawings, including electrical, communications, and structural plans, to provide feedback and suggest changes.
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate with other departments and vendors to plan and implement new or upgraded facilities.
• Participate in off-hours support and provide excellent customer service.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive projects forward.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (or a combination of education, work experience, and training).
• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications systems, including LAN and WAN computing networks.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication industry best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Reliable, personal transportation and a valid driver's license issued by the state of Oklahoma (or the ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management, including leading small to mid-sized projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with building plans and the ability to interpret and understand structural drawings.
