Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to Spotify Premium users via email, chat, social media, and the dedicated Spotify Community site
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with users
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with Spotify's products and services to provide accurate and informed support
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Excellent Italian language skills (C1) and advanced level of English (B2)
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Skills: Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail, and web-based applications)
- Organizational Skills: Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
- Team Player: Team player with a great positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Education: High school education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Experience: Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
