Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Customer and Marketing Analytics to lead our efforts in creating a robust analytics function within our Growth Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain the standards and KPIs that define our success, enabling the organization to track and optimize marketing and customer strategies at both a national and local level. Key Responsibilities

- Evaluating our tracking capabilities inclusive of our tag management approaches, providing continuous monitoring and optimization to ensure that we are capturing accurate and actionable data.
- Managing 3rd party CRM system vendor from a data integrity and system standpoint in collaboration with tech partners and CRM team to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Collaborating across levels and functions within the Growth, Tech, Operations, Solutions, and Brand teams to drive business growth and inform marketing and customer strategies.
- Serving as the data & analytics evangelist for the knowledge, benefits, and opportunities that this department can unlock for the business, driving a culture of data-driven decision-making and insights-driven growth.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of marketing analytics and customer insights experience, with a proven track record of transforming data sets into actionable insights and outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions to drive business growth.
- Proven expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, performance dashboard building, and KPI development/alignment, with a deep understanding of marketing analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence tools required, with experience in tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Sugar, GA4, and Alteryx a plus.
- Deep experience with tagging tools and partners, such as GTM and Tealium, with the ability to evaluate and implement responsive solutions to meet business needs.
- Demonstrated performance across corporate and franchise business models, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of each.
