About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you'll play a critical role in managing the systems and processes that support our Customer Success function. As a Senior Customer Success Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for owning tooling, data quality, and process optimization, ensuring that our Customer Success team has the tools and resources they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. You'll work closely with our Revenue Operations team to identify areas for improvement, implement automation, and support solution architecture decisions across CS systems.
