Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging in conversations that understand customer needs and present our merchandise with contagious enthusiasm
- Offer in-depth insights on features and benefits, providing options for service plans and financing
- Collaborate seamlessly with our exceptional sales team to craft a premium experience for every cherished customer
- Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with their supervisory responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the store
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Sales, retail, or jewelry experience preferred, but passion and dedication are essential
