We are sharing a specialised full-time W-2 opportunity for detail-oriented operations and vendor management professionals with strong backgrounds in supplier data maintenance, Procure-to-Pay workflows, compliance-sensitive documentation, and high-accuracy transactional execution. This role supports an exciting opportunity through Cincinnatus LLC, an enterprise staffing company that partners with leading technology companies to place highly skilled professionals into full-time and long-term contingent roles. Selected professionals will coordinate and manage vendor users on proprietary localization tools, maintain approved vendor resource databases, review onboarding requests, validate supplier information, and support supplier master data quality across global Procure-to-Pay operations. This role is especially well-suited to candidates with strong attention to detail, process discipline, and experience working across supplier onboarding, compliance, accounts payable, or vendor data management environments. Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to: Supplier Master Data Management Maintain and update the global Supplier Master System, including supplier tax, contact, banking, and payment-related details with minimal oversight Execute supplier profile changes involving critical data such as tax IDs, bank accounts, and legal names Perform validations to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicate or defective supplier records Vendor Onboarding & Compliance Support Review and approve supplier onboarding requests in accordance with internal controls and documented processes Work directly with suppliers globally to obtain required documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support onboarding and ongoing supplier maintenance Support risk management efforts by ensuring supplier data complies with tax regulations and payment policies, including management of holds related to missing or invalid documentation Operational Process Improvement & Quality Assurance Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tooling partners to improve and automate Procure-to-Pay workflows Support Supplier Master Quality Assurance by validating controls related to supplier data and compliance before approving profiles Track and prioritize issues affecting operational efficiency and supplier data quality Maintain and update desktop procedures and documentation related to supplier onboarding and maintenance Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with database management and data validation processes Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes, vendor management, and accounts payable functions A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in Vendor or Supplier Management, Procurement, Risk Management, Accounts Payable, or Audit Experience managing high-volume operational and transactional workflows with strong accuracy standards Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure Additional Language Skills Are a Plus Why This Opportunity Contribute specialised vendor management and supplier operations expertise to a high-impact enterprise role Support critical supplier onboarding, compliance, and Procure-to-Pay workflows in a structured professional environment Join a full-time W-2 contingent opportunity with meaningful operational scope and long-term relevance Competitive hourly compensation with strong alignment to global vendor and financial operations Contract Details Full-time W-2 role through Cincinnatus LLC Contingent position supporting a leading technology company Fully remote within the United States Hourly compensation of $20–$30 per hour This is not a freelance or project-based engagement Roles through Cincinnatus are structured, role-based positions that typically involve full-time or fixed-term commitments and close collaboration with client teams Applicants must be located in the United States Cincinnatus does not sponsor visas and will not provide visa sponsorship for this role Start date: Immediate About The Platform This opportunity is being recruited through our professional network in connection with a role administered by Cincinnatus LLC.
