We are currently looking for a Outside Sales Representative based in Chicago, IL covering the territory of Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and North Indiana.

- Prior successful field sales experience
- Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
- A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
- Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter
Requirements
Sales Representative Mission:
- Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Represent CWD at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
- Be a brand ambassador of CWD!
Sales Representative Benefits:
- You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential

- We will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier (medical, dental and vision), in addition to your base pay and commission

Sales Representative Salary:
We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.
Potential salary including base + commissions:
- Year 1: Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission)
- Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (base + unlimited commission)
- Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (base + unlimited commission)
