Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound service calls from travelers, providing timely and effective assistance with reservation changes, itinerary details, payment processing, and responding to a variety of inquiries.
- Utilize code-based software to advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary, ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients.
- Communicate comprehensive information to travelers regarding our products, policies, and services, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with their travel experiences.
- Foster a positive team spirit while competing individually to achieve personal and team performance goals, aligning with our company values and key result areas (KRAs).
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, navigating multiple computer systems efficiently to provide high-quality support to travelers.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience working in a remote call center setting, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
