You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, foster a positive and inclusive work culture, ensure adherence to company policies and local employment laws, and develop and implement performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture, resolve employee concerns, and promote collaboration
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment laws
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting and feedback

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a large organization
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
