**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative / Inbound Agent at arenaflex, you will be the front-line for solving clients' challenges, providing issue resolution, answering questions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Requirements**
* At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
* Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
* College degree is great, but not required; skills and experience are more important.
* Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus.
