They are seeking a marketing partner to develop and execute a full marketing strategy aimed at doubling revenue and improving user conversion rates through smart marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Own growth strategy: Develop and execute full marketing strategy to double revenue — from acquisition to conversion optimization
• Launch multi-channel campaigns: Run paid ads, email campaigns, on-site promotions, and test experimental channels to find what works
• Execute end-to-end: Build landing pages, create campaign visuals, and handle execution yourself — or quickly coordinate with contractors when needed
• Move fast with data: Analyze performance, iterate quickly, and make autonomous decisions without waiting for approval
• Drive ideas to results: Bring fresh marketing ideas and own them from concept to measurable impact
Skills
• 3+ years in marketing — real experience with acquisition, conversion optimization, and running campaigns
• Generalist mindset — you can do strategy, execution, analytics, and don't wait around for someone else to do it
