We are looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to help us build and optimize advanced workflows and automation inside HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub. This is not a beginner HubSpot setup project. We already use HubSpot daily and are looking for someone who can partner with our Sales and Marketing leadership team to design smart automations that drive revenue, improve lead conversion, and streamline internal processes. You will work directly with our marketing and sales managers to audit our current setup, identify opportunities, and build scalable workflows. Our team uses HubSpot as the core platform for sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. We are focused on building a clean, scalable HubSpot system that supports growth and revenue generation. What You'll Be Doing Audit our current HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub configuration Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-up, and pipeline movement Improve lead lifecycle stages and lead routing Build workflows that increase conversion from lead to opportunity Automate sales follow-ups, tasks, and notifications Assist with deal pipeline automation Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies Build automation for email campaigns and marketing funnels Improve reporting and dashboard visibility for sales and marketing KPIs Ensure workflows follow HubSpot best practices and scale with the business What We're Looking For Deep experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Strong experience building complex HubSpot workflows Understanding of B2B sales pipelines Experience implementing lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and automation Ability to collaborate with internal teams and translate business goals into automation Experience with HubSpot reporting and dashboards Bonus if you have experience with: HubSpot integrations CRM architecture Sales pipeline optimization Marketing automation strategy Project Scope Initial engagement will focus on: Reviewing our current setup Identifying quick wins Building priority workflows This will likely lead to ongoing work as we continue scaling our HubSpot environment.
