Key Responsibilities
- Assist the head of operations at your Clay agency ColdIQ, ensuring seamless project management and coordination of the entire coaching program.
- Manage the operations of the coaching program, including video organization, thumbnails, and coordinating designers to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Watch all the videos recorded by the team and provide direction to the editing team to ensure consistency and quality.
- Coordinate and orchestrate different service providers, including editors and external agencies, to ensure effective feedback and collaboration.
- Align with the design team to create all the different assets for the program, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
- Plan and oversee advertising projects from concept through execution, managing communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects stay within budget and meet designated timelines, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review project deliverables for quality and accuracy, ensuring high standards are met.
- Develop content marketing strategies to attract and engage potential customers, creating and curating high-quality content such as blog posts, case studies, and white papers.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to generate interest and convert leads, collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment between sales goals and content strategies.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to measure success and optimize strategies, using data to inform future content marketing initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales development and project management or lead generation, preferably in the tech industry and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and marketing concepts.
- Proficient in communication tools like Slack, with strong skills in Dropbox and Google Drive, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
