As a key member of our business processing team, you will play a vital role in fielding client inquiries, responding to customer needs, and finding innovative solutions to drive customer experience enhancement. • Performing data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
• Manually identifying and sorting different types of forms (MEDI)
• Classifying documents based on client's requirements
• Working on various tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
• Receiving a close degree of supervision and demonstrating the ability to problem-solve and work self-guided
• Complying with company policies and standards

Qualifications and Requirements
