Ongoing Website Developer (React + AI Integration)
Wellness Coaching & Telehealth Platform – Freelance
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer for ongoing maintenance, optimization, and feature enhancements on an existing wellness coaching and telehealth-focused website.
This is not a full rebuild. The site is live. We need someone who can maintain, refine, and strategically improve functionality, integrations, and AI capabilities over time.
Scope of Work
-Ongoing Maintenance & Optimization
-Maintain and update existing front-end and back-end code (React preferred)
-Make design, aesthetic, and UX/UI refinements
-Improve performance and site speed
-Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
-Manage plugins, integrations, and app extensions
-Telehealth API Integration
-Maintain and optimize third-party telehealth API integrations
-Ensure seamless user experience between our site and external telehealth platforms
-Feature Enhancements (As Needed)
-Build out new sections or pages periodically
-Implement functionality upgrades
-Integrate new tools or growth systems as business evolves
-Build and maintain affiliate/referral tracking systems
-Support CRM and email platform integrations
-Improve automation workflows
-AI Integration
-Integrate AI tools
-Implement AI-based workflow automation
-Generate AI-based creative assets (images/videos) when needed
Requirements
-Strong full-stack experience (React preferred; Node.js or similar backend)
-Experience working with live production sites
-Proven API integration experience
-Familiarity with telehealth or regulated health/wellness environments
-Experience integrating AI tools and LLM-based features
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to UX detail
-Ability to work independently on an ongoing basis
Engagement Details
-Ongoing freelance role (hourly preferred)
-Remote
