About the Role: Online Casino Floor Supervisor - 7pm-3am Shift
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Online Casino Floor Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our gaming floor during the 7pm-3am shift. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of service, efficiency, and entertainment are met, and that our clients receive an unparalleled gaming experience. This is a remote opportunity that requires a strong and diverse skillset, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the operations of the gaming floor during your assigned shift, ensuring that tables are running smoothly and without error.
- Provide supervisory support to team members, coaching and motivating them to achieve their best.
- Track team performance, ensuring that KPIs and expectations are met, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with operations to drive the success of the team and the overall business.
- Manage projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Oversee time and attendance maintenance for employees, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases and performance management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor or in a related field, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Experience as a game presenter or shuffler is desirable but not required.
- Technically proficient, with a strong understanding of software applications and technical systems.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of gaming operations, including table games and live dealer environments.
