Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Must reside within the state of Kansas.
- Possess a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
- Computer specifications: minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent or higher).
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position).
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
- Typing speed: at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Gaming experience is highly valued, but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Familiarity with chat software and technology.
