Job Summary
As a Retail Co-Manager at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, driving store operations, and delivering business results that align with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business results
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance, address areas for improvement, and provide feedback and guidance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in talent development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to drive business results
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a large-box retail environment
- Proven track record of driving business results, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive business results
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, marketing, and logistics
- Certification in retail management, such as a Certified Retail Manager (CRM) or Certified Professional in Retail Management (CPRM)
- Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity
