Your key responsibilities will include: * Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. * Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. * Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accurate and efficient processing. * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and orders. * Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless communication and workflow. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License. * Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong background in customer service and communication. * LTC pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required. * Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, as well as a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems. * Great telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. * Frameworks / ECM knowledge is a plus, but not required. * High school diploma or equivalent. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. * Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems, including electronic medical records and billing systems. **Essential Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
