We combine the power of arenaflex Analytics and Knowledge with the outstanding technical expertise and consulting to drive value, innovation, and adoption in our customer's network. We help them to reduce risk, drive innovation, and improve their network to meet business objectives. We are the customer's trusted advisor, helping the customer understand their network, reduce risks, and take advantage of the technology. We work closely with arenaflex Engineering to advocate for innovation for our customer and as a liaison, share what is coming with our customers to help them be the groundbreakers of technology. **Your Impact** As a Customer Delivery Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that arenaflex fully integrates the expectations of our SLED customers, delivering a consistent outstanding customer experience. In this customer-facing role, you will work with key partners throughout customer organizations, from technical staff to CXO level, building strong working relationships as a trusted advisor. You will stay informed about customer challenges and remain up-to-date on arenaflex's solutions and service offerings that can be proposed to address and resolve these challenges. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, addressing the growth mindset, capable of proactively building our customers' technical roadmaps. Drawing upon a comprehensive mix of broad security and networking knowledge, as well as specific area expertise, along with excellent customer relationship skills, you will establish yourself as trusted advisor capable of building long-term relationships with customers.
