Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence has earned us a reputation as a leader in the cloud computing industry. **Job Summary** As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our Technical Outreach teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote arenaflex Cloud solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with clients and partners to understand their business needs and technical requirements * Providing expert guidance on arenaflex Cloud features and capabilities * Developing and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs * Participating in proof-of-concept work, technical demonstrations, and other client-facing activities * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation **Key Responsibilities** * Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled requirements * Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and service briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources * Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents * Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud platform effectiveness * Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role * Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking * Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies **Preferred Qualifications** * Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status * Experience designing mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms * Experience working with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies * Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques * Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT technology space **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions * Experience with cloud-based solutions, including arenaflex Cloud, and ability to design and implement customized solutions * Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including scalability, security, and high availability **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
