About the Role
As a Customer Service Operations Specialist at Brickred Systems, you'll be responsible for supporting customer service operations, managing CRM tools, and driving operational excellence to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and leverage your expertise in call center processes, training, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Service Cloud, providing guidance and support to internal and external teams on platform usage and best practices.
- Coordinate and lead training initiatives, including Train-the-Trainer sessions, to ensure seamless process adoption and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with BPO partners to address operational needs, provide training, and offer guidance to drive performance excellence.
- Handle complex consumer requests, such as refunds, escalations, and defective claims, with empathy and professionalism.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, AHT) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external call center partners to foster smooth collaboration and drive customer-centricity.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or call center operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and best practices.
- A strong understanding of e-commerce, KPIs, SLAs, and customer service metrics, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience with quality assurance, process improvement, and employee training, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
