Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences and Driving Sales Growth
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, collaborating with senior representatives or specialized teams to resolve complex issues.
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and providing insights to improve our services.
- Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service and sales operations.
- Meet sales objectives as defined, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Competencies We're Looking For
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED), with a strong foundation in written and oral communication.
- Ability to type 25 words per minute, with a strong proficiency in using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by our business needs.
- A minimum of 6 months of sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Work from Home Requirements: Ensuring a Seamless and Productive Experience
- Internet Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 15.0 Mbps.
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 5.0 Mbps.
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
