Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish and English)
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues and provide expert solutions
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Offer additional products and/or services to enhance the customer experience
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a smile, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable

Qualifications and Requirements

• The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English

• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, with a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a smartphone
