Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Puerto Rico, with a schedule that aligns with our Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST operating hours.
