- Post-Close Audits: Monitor compliance through post-close audits, reviewing results for non-compliance issues, and ensuring application disclosures meet TILA and ECOA deadlines
- Project Work: Engage in project work involving internal system updates and testing, collaborating with different departments to validate compliance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ year experience within the mortgage industry and knowledge of the overall consumer mortgage lending process from loan inception through closing
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and problem-solving experience
