They are seeking a temporary Marketing Project Coordinator to support their marketing and events team, focusing on hands-on execution and coordination across various marketing channels. Responsibilities Support end-to-end execution of marketing activities for Phocuswright events (U.S. and Europe), including: Promotional and attendee emails Content updates on event websites Event platform management (e.g., Swapcard) Social media posts supporting event promotion and attendee communication Coordination with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timing, and execution Support research and PhocusWire content promotion via social media Assist with content accuracy, scheduling, and basic quality control Coordinate periodic research subscriber communications Build, test, schedule, and deploy weekly Phocuswright brand emails, encompassing: Events Research News and editorial content Perform QA and post-send checks to ensure accurate and timely delivery Coordinate inputs (copy, links, assets) with internal stakeholders Focuses on execution and coordination, not strategy ownership Operates within existing processes, templates, and workflows Receives training, guidance, and clear prioritization from the team Plays a key role in keeping marketing operations running smoothly during a high-activity period Skills 1–3 years of experience (or strong internships) in marketing, communications, or a related field Interest in events, email marketing, social media, and content operations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines Clear written communication skills Familiarity with tools such as Pardot, CMSs, social media scheduling tools, or event platforms Company Overview Northstar Travel Group is a business-to-business information and marketing solutions company.
