We are looking for a motivated working student to support our Customer Service teams with data-driven insights that help improve customer experience, service efficiency, and overall business performance.Location: VIENNADepartment: Analytics & Data Science

WHO YOU ARE

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
You are curious about customer experience, operations, and data-driven decision-making
You have strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
You have basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
You are confident working with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced functions)
You are eager to work on automation and scaling of reporting processes
You are eager to embrace AI and automation to drive smarter, faster insights
You work in a structured, reliable, and proactive way
You communicate fluently in English

Nice to Have:

Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Understanding of customer service processes and KPIs
Familiarity with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk)

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Analyze customer service data (tickets, response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction)
Build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities in customer interactions
Work on a forecasting project to predict customer service ticket volumes and support capacity planning
Work closely with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
Assist in automating and scaling regular reporting processes
