Overview We are seeking an experienced Webflow developer for ongoing, hourly support on our corporate advisory website: The site is already built in Webflow. We require periodic updates, refinements, and structured expansion (e.g., blog/media/news sections). This is not a full redesign. We are looking for a technically precise, detail-oriented developer who can execute cleanly within an existing brand and CMS structure. Scope of Work (Ongoing / As Needed) Typical tasks will include: - Minor layout adjustments and design refinements - Adding new static pages (service pages, landing pages, announcements) - Creating and configuring a News / Media / Blog section using Webflow CMS - Structuring categories, tags, SEO fields, and schema markup - Ensuring responsive behavior across desktop/tablet/mobile - Optimizing performance and page speed - Implementing forms and basic integrations (if required) -Light SEO optimization (meta titles, descriptions, Open Graph) -Updating navigation, footer, and site structure as we expand -Ensuring consistency with an executive-level advisory brand Required Qualifications Please apply only if you have: - Demonstrable Webflow experience (minimum 3+ live projects) - Strong understanding of Webflow CMS architecture - Clean class structure methodology (Client-First or equivalent framework preferred) - Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals within Webflow - Strong UI/UX judgment appropriate for a high-level professional services firm - Experience building blog/news/media sections with filtering and tagging Nice to Have - Experience with advisory, consulting, or corporate websites - Familiarity with structured data/schema implementation - Ability to suggest improvements proactively (without overengineering) - Basic understanding of government affairs, strategy, or professional services positioning (helpful but not required) Deliverables & Engagement Model - Hourly engagement - Work assigned in clearly defined task batches - Fast turnaround on smaller edits (24–72 hours preferred) - Clean documentation of any structural changes made Availability for periodic updates over the next 6–12 months When Applying, Please Provide: - 3–5 Webflow sites you personally built (live links required) - Brief description of your role on each project - Your hourly rate - Your availability (hours per week) - Whether you use Client-First or another class framework Confirmation you are comfortable working inside an existing site without a redesign Optional but helpful: Before applying, review our website and include 2 concrete improvement suggestions in your proposal.
