Job Description:
• Define and evolve Myriad’s enterprise brand, ensuring relevance, differentiation, and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead corporate communications, thought leadership, PR, and reputation management.
• Bring deep expertise in healthcare brand strategy—ideally with oncology experience—to position Myriad as a market leader.
• Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive adoption, awareness, and revenue growth across Oncology, Prenatal, and Mental Health businesses.
• Partner with product and sales teams to deliver effective GTM strategies for new and existing offerings, aligning messaging and campaigns to commercial priorities.
• Lead event strategy (industry conferences, customer summits, corporate events) to strengthen customer engagement and Myriad’s industry presence.
• Drive innovation in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation.
• Establish best-in-class digital campaigns and customer journeys that translate to measurable impact on pipeline and sales.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on marketing execution
• Set the tone for a collaborative, performance-driven, and customer-obsessed marketing culture.
• Partner across the organization to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with enterprise growth goals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure tight integration of marketing and sales execution, including enablement, training, and field engagement.
• Drive consistent metrics, KPIs, and ROI analysis across campaigns and investments.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally with a mix of healthcare (pharma, biotech, diagnostics, or medical devices) and broader consumer experience.
• Oncology marketing and brand-building experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading brand strategy, digital marketing, and GTM execution in complex, competitive markets.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen; proven ability to measure marketing impact and tie activities to revenue outcomes.
• Track record of building and scaling omni-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing and inspiring teams through organizational change and transformation.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific/medical concepts simply and powerfully to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influence management skills.
