Job Summary

As a Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and Team Leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure that our team is equipped to handle a high volume of contacts while maintaining our high standards of service. You'll also work closely with our Operational Managers to drive business results and implement process improvements.
