Primary Responsibilities:
- Deep Marketplace Expertise: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, global dynamics, and competitor activities. Continuously monitor competitor strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
- Strategic Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through targeted outreach, participation in industry events, and compelling presentations.
- Seller Enablement & Best Practices: Guide sellers on effective online selling strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize their product listings, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their business objectives.
- Internal & External Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to proactively identify and resolve seller challenges, ensuring a positive and productive marketplace environment.
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ideal candidates will possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within enterprise sales, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding targets through a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
