Serve as the main point of contact for customers and provide expert guidance and support on the use of Becton Dickinson's medical devices and products.
Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals, ensuring their understanding and proficiency in using our products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of our products into healthcare facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation or use of our products.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of our products and provide recommendations for improvement or enhancement.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to enhance our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide customer feedback and insights, and contribute to the development of new and innovative products.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
