Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying complexity, ensuring high-quality results
- Conduct monthly strategy calls with clients, providing tailored solutions based on your expertise in eCommerce and Magento features
- Oversee project budgets, review automated reports, and ensure seamless project execution
- Facilitate technical discussions, acting as a liaison between the development team and clients
- Manage traffic and ensure efficient project workflows
Requirements:
- Direct working knowledge of Magento 2 Open Source and Adobe Commerce, including key features like B2B
- Familiarity with common integrations, such as payment gateways, ERP, PIM, and marketing systems
- Proven track record of successfully delivering eCommerce projects
- Motivation and passion for driving operational business change
- Certification in Magento or Adobe Commerce
