Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of underwriting, rating, and claims performance to inform ratemaking, reserving, and regulatory filings.
- Manage associates responsible for complex analysis of large datasets to develop pricing models and strategies.
- Drive the successful implementation of key initiatives and projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Communicate complex concepts and analysis simply to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external regulators.
- Effectively prioritize, structure, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results within established deadlines.
- Lead and develop a team of associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to drive results and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements

- 5+ years of prior actuarial or advanced data analytics work experience.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
