Job Overview This is not a marketing or software engineering role. We are hiring a Senior HubSpot Platform Consultant to lead complex HubSpot implementations, migrations, and RevOps system design for B2B clients. This role requires hands‑on experience configuring HubSpot portals end‑to‑end, including objects, workflows, data architecture, integrations, and reporting. Fully remote within the United States. Responsibilities and Duties Lead and Mentor Platform Consultants • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of HubSpot platform consultants • Delegate work based on strengths while maintaining accountability for quality and timelines • Support consultants in growing toward independent ownership of projects and solutions Design and Deliver Complex HubSpot Solutions • Lead discovery sessions to understand client systems, processes, and business goals • Architect and implement HubSpot solutions including custom objects, workflows, lifecycle stages, permissions, and reporting • Design and oversee integrations with third‑party tools and data sources • Document solutions, processes, and decisions clearly for internal and client use Champion Client Success • Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within client portals and processes • Ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes from their HubSpot investment Drive Cross‑Functional Collaboration • Communicate effectively with internal teammates and client stakeholders • Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and expectations across multiple projects Stay Current and Share Knowledge • Stay up to date on HubSpot platform updates and best practices • Share learnings with the team to continuously improve delivery quality and efficiency Qualifications Must‑Haves • 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and configuring HubSpot portals for multiple organizations • Direct experience leading HubSpot implementations, migrations, or major rebuilds end‑to‑end • Strong background in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot objects, workflows, permissions, data models, and reporting • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or agency environment • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering work on time • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Nice‑to‑Haves • HubSpot certifications • Experience working with complex B2B sales funnels • Experience integrating HubSpot with other CRMs, billing tools, or data platforms This role is not a fit if you: • Are primarily a software engineer or application developer • Have used HubSpot mainly as an end user rather than implementing or configuring it • Are seeking a demand generation, content marketing, or growth marketing role • Do not have direct HubSpot implementation experience • Are located outside the United States How Success Is Measured Project Management • At least 60 percent of project milestones originate from your proactive recommendations • All assigned projects are delivered on time and within scope • Successfully manage up to 10 active client projects simultaneously • Maintain clear documentation, risk tracking, and weekly stakeholder updates Business Strategy • Lead quarterly client reviews with defined KPIs and documented plans • Maintain complete documentation for all assigned projects Customer Retention • Identify and document upsell or expansion opportunities within your client portfolioMaintain at least an 85 percent retention rate for retainer clients Team Leadership • Develop a high‑performing, accountable consulting team • Support team members in progressing toward independent ownership through mentorship and feedback Benefits and Perks • Paid holidays, vacation time, and additional time off between Christmas and New Year • Paid parental leave • Health, dental, and vision insurance (employer pays 99 percent for employees and 50 percent for dependents) • 401k with 4 percent employer match • Ongoing professional education opportunities • Fully remote work within the United States • Friendly, collaborative, and low-ego team culture Interview Process • Short video screen • Brief phone or video interview • One‑hour interview with the Director of Client Services • Short practical assignment • Final interview and assignment review with leadership Company Overview Pyxis Growth Partners is a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner specializing in complex implementations, migrations, and revenue operations strategy.
