Job Summary
As a Senior Advanced Analytics Expert at AT&T, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform key business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy predictive models that drive business growth and improve customer experience. Your expertise in statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools will be essential in driving business outcomes and shaping the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large data sets to identify causal relationships, explain trends, and predict future outcomes of key business drivers
- Project site selection, optimization, and rationalization, including churn analysis, customer behavior, segmentation, and sales analysis
- Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning algorithms, including regression, cluster analysis, classification, and random forest
- Design, maintain, and update interactive online dashboards to visualize data insights and trends
- Utilize programming languages, including R, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Alteryx
- Work with relational databases to develop ad hoc SQL queries and perform data discovery and visualization
- Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data gathering, requirements specification, processing, analysis, and presentations
- Provide insights on data and research activities, including team productivity, sales performance, and economic impact
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
Requirements
Education and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
Skills and Competencies
