Job Description A top-tier consultant responsible for leading highly complex, enterprise-scale Workday implementations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing both strategic and technical leadership across Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning engagements. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning solutions for large, complex organizations - Partner with executive and C‑level stakeholders to facilitate design decisions and align business strategy with Workday best practices - Advise clients on Workday optimization, transformation initiatives, and long-term roadmap planning - Drive innovation and influence internal practice direction through thought leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including reporting, integrations, data conversion, testing, and change management Role Overview This position leads the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning solutions, partnering with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions. The consultant ensures alignment with Workday best practices while delivering robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting capabilities. Responsibilities include system configuration, data integrations, end-to-end testing, and user training, as well as providing strategic guidance on financial planning, analytics, and platform optimization. The role also plays a critical advisory function in issue resolution and post–go-live support, ensuring long-term client value, adoption, and success. Experience & Qualifications - Hands-on experience implementing Adaptive Financial and Workforce Planning with a certified Workday Implementation Partner - Proven experience leading Workday Financials workstreams on implementation projects - Local government and/or higher education industry experience strongly preferred
