**Job Description:**
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our platform. You'll be responsible for providing timely and professional support to customers via email, phone, and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us build trust and loyalty with our customers, driving growth and revenue for the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, using judgment to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or technical support team
* Communicate with customers to understand and diagnose issues, providing clear and concise solutions
* Assist customers with website navigation, placing orders, submitting consignment items, and other general inquiries
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services
* Uphold arenaflex values, quality standards, and exemplify our C.A.R.D. culture
* Collaborate with other teams to support all areas of the organization
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good judgment and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
* Passion for sports cards, gaming cards, and collectibles is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
* Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB, etc.)
* Deep knowledge of trading card industry and collecting experience is strongly preferred
