Job Title: SAP Functional Team Lead Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months

Position Overview
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Team Lead Consultant to support enterprise-level SAP initiatives within a Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining SAP applications, along with integrating systems such as workforce management platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in SAP HCM/ABAP, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with integrations and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications based on business and system requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design, testing, and implementation
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and system enhancements
• Analyze change requests and provide accurate work estimates
• Lead and mentor junior team members on SAP technologies and best practices
• Participate in planning, process improvements, and quality initiatives
• Support system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance
Technical Responsibilities
• Develop and configure SAP Web UI, Web Dynpro, and FPM applications
• Work with HCM Processes & Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP NetWeaver Portal
• Utilize ABAP programming techniques including OOP, RFCs, BAPIs, and enhancements
• Implement reports (ALV, interactive, drilldown) and data migration (LSMW/BDC)
• Develop and support SAP SuccessFactors integrations
• Work with workflows, SCOT/SOST, SCAT/eCATT testing tools
• Support OSS notes, fixes, and performance enhancements
• Build integrations using SAP PI/CPI, IDOCs, SOAP/REST web services
• Perform unit testing and develop test scripts
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of SAP HCM ABAP experience in a professional environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules
• Experience with SAP Portal and enterprise-level ERP applications
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Integration and development environments
• Understanding of accounting processes
• Experience with SAP mail services and APIs
Preferred Skills
• Experience with workforce management systems (e.g., Kronos Dimensions / Workforce Ready)
• Knowledge of HANA Cloud Integration
• Experience with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits
• Familiarity with integration across systems like LMS, CRM, IAM, and payroll platforms
• Experience with development methodologies such as Agile, ASAP, or Waterfall
Additional Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership and act as a team role model
• Support after-hours system needs when required
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and delivery quality
