Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Hybrid Cloud Modernization – Lead the migration of legacy data platforms (e.g., JMS, DB2, Oracle) to cloud‑native data lakes, lakehouses, and warehouses, establishing a unified data foundation.
- AI Integration & Productionalization – Design pipelines that embed machine‑learning models into business processes, enabling real‑time inference, batch scoring, and automated decision‑making.
- Product‑Engineering Mindset – Instill reusable, modular design principles within data teams, fostering a product‑first approach that accelerates delivery and reduces technical debt.

Essential Qualifications
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree (MS/PhD) is a plus.
- Experience – Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing enterprise‑scale data architectures and AI solutions, preferably in hybrid cloud environments.
- Technical Expertise – Deep knowledge of Azure services (Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks, Azure ML, etc.), relational databases, NoSQL stores, streaming platforms (Kafka, Event Hubs), and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
