As a Remote Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring seamless coordination of service appointments, and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including phone and email management, correspondence, and service appointment scheduling
- Coordinate scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch
- Monitor technician schedules, adjust as needed, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure excellent customer service, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain systems for documents, invoices, and client records, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving
- Process payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist in setting up and implementing ServiceTitan
- Collaborate with the team to support business growth and development, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services industry
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials (beneficial but not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a clear background check
