We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Accredo, a leading healthcare company. As a Pharmacy Technician Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, assisting patients in receiving life-sustaining medications to manage rare and/or chronic diseases.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional patient care through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely shipment of medications and resolving issues with healthcare providers.
- Process prescription orders, enter data into our computer system, and investigate issues with pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
- Offer guidance to patients about medication coverage and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED and a valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong computer and data entry skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Reliable internet connectivity with a wired ethernet connection and a private, quiet workspace.
